Plans and billing

Christoffer Loderup, the Utah therapist who built Utah CEU Tracker, designed the free plan with new therapists in mind. Every hour DOPL requires for your license can be tracked for free, so staying organized for renewal never has to cost anything. The free plan includes:

Every new account gets 30 days of full Premium automatically, no card. When it ends you move to the free plan unless you choose Premium, and nothing you saved is lost either way.

$49.99 + tax every two years, billed once per renewal cycle rather than monthly. Prefer no subscription at all? Lifetime access is a single $499 + tax payment.

Joining partway through a cycle? Your first payment is prorated: it covers only the time left in the current cycle, and the full $49.99 starts with the next cycle. (More in "I'm signing up partway through a cycle. How much will I be charged?")

Only for the time left. Your first payment is $49.99 times the share of the current cycle that's left, plus tax. For example:

• Joining with half the cycle left (12 months): about $25 + tax
• Joining with 6 months left: about $12.50 + tax
• After that: $49.99 + tax when each new cycle starts, every two years

Checkout shows the exact amount, marked "Prorated," before you pay.

If you join partway through a cycle, your first payment covers only the time left in it, and the full price starts with the next cycle. Renewals happen at the cycle change, every two years.

Where Utah law requires it, yes, as its own line at checkout based on your billing address. The listed price itself does not change.

Any time, and you keep Premium through the period you already paid for:

1. Tap You in the bottom bar, then Billing.
2. Under AUTO-RENEW, turn off the switch that says "On: your membership renews automatically." That's it. The line under it tells you the exact day your Premium runs through, and you can turn it back on later.

Nothing you saved is touched. Refunds follow the Refund Policy linked at the bottom of Settings.

1. Tap You in the bottom bar, then Billing.
2. Scroll to RECEIPTS at the bottom of the page. Each payment is listed there; tap Receipt (PDF) to open or download it.

Each confirmed colleague takes 25% off your next subscription payment, up to four friends for 100% off, and your colleague gets a discount on their first payment too. (Subscriptions only, not Lifetime.)

1. Tap You in the bottom bar, then Invite a friend (the row with the 25% badge).
2. Tap Copy link next to YOUR REFERRAL LINK (or Share, on a phone) and send it to a colleague however you like.

When they sign up through it and are confirmed, the discount banks itself and comes off your next payment automatically.
