This app was built with the help of AI agents. I directed its development, and AI agents wrote the code. I've worked extensively to ensure top-level security was built into the app. Nonetheless, it has not been reviewed by an independent human security professional. No software is risk-free—AI-written or not.
These things may not be a concern to you. And if that's the case, please continue and enjoy the app. Though, if you don't want to use this app because AI helped in its construction, I understand. Full stop.
I built this app to serve as a supportive tool. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by DOPL, and you are solely responsible for independently confirming your renewal requirements with them.
All this being said--I think the app is phenomenal and I hope it will make your work as a therapist easier.

First off, do you have an associate license or are you fully licensed?

You can change your license type later in Settings.
Were you licensed in Utah as a therapist at ANY level before this cycle began? This includes having an associate-level license (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC) or being fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC).

This adds Utah's supervisor-specific requirements (R156-60e) to your dashboard. Your first year, you're required to take the one-time 8-hour qualification course. Each following cycle you're required to complete 6-hours of CEs about supervision.

My hours don't match what I expect
Optional categories (supervision provided, volunteer work, peer consultation, and others) each have their own per-cycle cap — hours beyond the cap still stay in your log but stop counting toward the total. Also double-check you're looking at the renewal cycle you think you are; use the arrows above the progress bars to confirm, and try the "Hours Needed" toggle for a different view of the same numbers.
My data disappeared, or isn't showing up on my other device
Everything is saved to your account, so it shows up on any device or browser where you sign in with the same account — check that you're signed in with the same email or Google account on both (Settings shows which one). Changes made while offline sync once that device is back online, and a certificate added on another device appears here once that device has been online with the app open.
A certificate file won't attach
Only PDF and image files (JPG, PNG, etc.) are supported. If it's not attaching, try a smaller file, a simpler file name with no special characters, or a different browser.
Something looks broken or out of date
Since this is a single file with no auto-update, an old copy can sometimes linger in a Downloads folder. Try a hard refresh, and check the version number at the bottom of Settings against the copy you were most recently sent. If it still looks wrong, use "Report a Bug or Request a Feature" below.
I want to start over
Settings → "Reset app and delete all data" permanently erases everything in your account, on every device. Download your certificates & summary first if you want a copy.
Click to download all of your certificates for a CEU cycle. In addition, I'll provide you a summary of the hours you've logged.

What kind of hours are these?
This is helpful for an audit or just to back up your data. You can download certificates just one cycle or for every cycle. Also, as part of the download you'll get a summary of the hours you completed.
Here's a friendly reminder that to be audit ready, you'll need to upload your CEU certificate for these hours. Tap Edit to add the certificate.

Just a reminder— this is a "test version" of the app, so please don't rely on this for real tracking just yet. Once beta testing is complete, the full app will be launched and fully available to help you track your CEU hours.

Utah CEU Tracker stores your license type, renewal cycles, training log entries, planned trainings, settings, and any certificate files you upload in your account, using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore for your entries and settings, and Cloud Storage for your certificate files). This is what lets your tracker show up on every device where you sign in. Security rules limit access to your data to your own signed-in account. A copy is also kept on each device where you use the app, so it can work offline. We do not sell or share your information.
To create your account, we collect your email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the name on your Google account), handled by Firebase Authentication. We use your email to identify your account and, if you send feedback, to know who sent it. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking in this app.
Certificate images and PDFs you attach are compressed and saved to your account (Firebase Cloud Storage), with a copy kept on the devices where you've used them. Deleting an entry or its certificate removes it from your account; "Reset app and delete all data" in Settings removes everything.
If this app adds account sign-in, cloud backup, or payment features in the future, this policy will be rewritten to describe what data is collected, how it's stored, and which third parties (such as a sign-in provider or payment processor) are involved, before those features are turned on.
