No. It's an independent tool that isn't affiliated with or endorsed by DOPL. It helps you stay organized; you still confirm your requirements and renew with DOPL yourself.
No. You renew online and confirm you've finished your hours. DOPL audits a small number of people each cycle. If you're picked, your audit-ready PDF does a lot of the heavy lifting, so you're not gathering hours and certificates from scratch.
Yes. It adds up your hours for every required category and keeps each certificate with its training, so you never recount hours or hunt for a certificate. If DOPL audits you, your audit-ready PDF is one click away.
Yes. With Premium, it shows low-cost ways DOPL approves to earn hours, like volunteer mental health services, peer consultation and clinical reading. Extra hours can also roll into your next cycle, so you don't pay for more than you need.
Yes. It works in any browser on your phone or computer, and your account stays in sync between them.
Yes. When you first get your license, you can turn on a shorter first cycle and enter your license date, and the tracker adjusts your required hours. If DOPL gave you a different renewal date or hour count, you can enter that too.
Not from 2026-2028 on. DOPL no longer requires them. If your 2024-2026 cycle needed them, the tracker still counts them there. Learn more
Yes. It tracks the one-time DOPL qualifying course (minimum 8 hours), then the supervision-specific CE hours you need each cycle after that. You can also log the supervision you provide.
With Premium, the other ways DOPL approves to earn hours, like volunteer mental health services, peer consultation, direct observation, clinical reading, board and leadership service, presenting, college instruction and supervision you provide. Psychologists get their own list: teaching and supervision, clinical reading and peer consultation. Each follows its own limit. You can also plan trainings you haven't taken yet.
Yes, with Premium. If you earn more hours than a cycle needs, you can roll the extra into your next cycle, up to Utah's limit of 10 hours. The app checks the rules for you and brings the certificate along.
Yes. Each time you log hours, you'll see what documentation to keep for that type of training, so you're not guessing if DOPL ever asks.
Yes. Your data is encrypted, and it's never sold or shared. There are no ads.
For as long as you have your account, on any plan. Nothing you've saved is deleted if your trial ends or you stop Premium, and you can download any certificate anytime. Utah asks you to keep CE proof for 2 years after each cycle ends, so you're covered well past that. On the free plan, you can upload 1 new certificate per cycle.
Tracking every required hour for your license, 1 certificate upload and 1 planned training per cycle, and 3 color themes. You can always open or download any certificate you've saved. Premium adds unlimited certificates and planning, optional ways to earn hours, rollover, the audit-ready PDF and every theme.
The free plan costs nothing. Premium is $49.99 every 2 years, plus tax (a reference price that may change before launch). Utah sales tax is added at checkout. Every new account also gets a 30-day Premium trial.
Premium is a subscription that is billed once per renewal cycle, not monthly. If you don't like subscriptions, you can buy lifetime access with a single one-time payment instead.
No. The free plan and the 30-day Premium trial both start without a card.
You move to the free plan unless you choose Premium. Hours and certificates you've already saved stay in your account.
Premium renews at the end of each 2-year renewal cycle. If you join partway through a cycle, you pay only for the time left in it, then the full price when the next cycle starts.
Yes. Turn off auto-renew any time on the Billing page, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Yes. Practices can cover Premium for their whole team and see everyone's progress in one place. Learn about practice plans

This adds Utah's supervisor requirements to your dashboard: a one-time qualification course (minimum 8 hours), then 6 hours about supervision each cycle after.
Utah Code 58-60-102(4) and Utah's supervisor rule, R156-60e (including R156-60e-306.1 for the qualification course). An older course, like UAMFT's 20-hour one, counts if it meets today's rule.

Your messages
Everyone's support messages in one place — the in-app form and the support Gmail. Premium is listed first.
Your sign-in, membership, license and downloads.
You sign in with Google, so your email address and password are managed by your Google account, not here.
Emails about your account and payments, like sign-in codes and payment reminders, always send.
Emails the app sent you. Lost one? You can have each one sent again, once.
A resent email is an exact copy of the original, so any dates or days left in it are from when it was first sent. The copy says so at the top, with the date it first went out.
"Download all my data" saves everything (entries, settings, membership details) in one file you can keep.
Test payments. This account uses Stripe's test mode, so nothing real is charged. Pay with card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future date and any CVC.
Online payments aren't switched on yet.
There's no card on file, so your next renewal couldn't be paid. Add a card and auto-renew will turn back on.

The referral program isn't running right now, so this link won't work until it's back on.
For real colleagues only. .
Invite a colleague to Utah CEU Tracker. Here's how it works:
While it's on, new people need the beta code to create an account. Everyone who already has an account keeps working no matter what.
Loading…
Each tester gets their own link to your form. When they submit it, their "Requirements done" turns on by itself.
A timer only: testers see "Beta ends in N days" in their checklist, and 2 days before the last day, testers who aren't marked "Requirements done" get one reminder email. Beta doesn't end by itself; you still press End beta.
No countdown running.
Moves every beta tester to a normal account, gives each the reward of the code they joined with as % off their first subscription payment (adds to referral credit; testers you added by hand get the current code's reward), sends each a thank-you email, and turns the beta lock off. Everyone gets a free trial so they have time to subscribe. Press Review to see who gets what. Works the same for every round: put people back on beta and press it again.
Moves everyone's free trial to one new last day and emails each person you extend. It never shortens anyone: people whose Premium already runs that long are left alone, and Lifetime, paid and practice accounts are skipped. Their "trial ends soon" emails and pop-ups move to the new day by themselves. Press Review to see the list and the email first.
To try it on a few test accounts first: press Unselect all, search for each one, tick it, then Extend. The others stay as they are, so you can come back and extend everyone after.
Stripe is in test mode, so income shows test payments.
Everyone renews together on Oct 1, so most income arrives in one wave every 2 years, plus people joining partway.
When money actually arrives (after Stripe fees), for taxes. Future amounts are projected.
Free trials that ended in this time. Totals only, never anyone by name. Beta testers and test-payment accounts are left out.
You get one email when any of these passes 80%, once per service per month.
Things like your domain or business email. Yearly costs count as 1/12 each month.
Everything except Stripe money is an estimate. Free limits and prices were checked October 2026.
For launch day: clears test numbers and starts counting from now. Stripe's own records aren't touched, and your fixed costs are kept.
Everyone with an account. Only your admin account can open this.
The invite-a-friend system's on/off switch. Testing switches and reset tools are under Test the App.
The whole invite-a-friend feature (codes, the progress tracker, popups and discount) stays completely hidden from everyone while this is off. Beta testers have their own switch under Test the App. Guarded so a stray tap can't flip it: type ENABLE to turn it on, or DISABLE to turn it off.

Trainings you delete stay here for 30 days, with their certificates. Restore one to put it back in your log.
Common questions, how to report a problem, and who to contact about your license.
You've got this. Three steps:
Open Utah CEU Tracker with one tap, like an app. It works on any phone or computer, and there's nothing to download from an app store.
Email apps open links in their own small built-in browser, which can't add the app to your home screen. Open utahceutracker.com in Chrome, Safari, or Edge first, then follow these steps.
You're already using it from your home screen. You're all set.

Now and then a small note points out something the app can do. Each shows once, only where it applies.

Early access: get $2 credit for each real bug that gets fixed and each idea of yours that gets built.
Your training log is private. Support can only see it if you share a code, so only make one if support asks for it.

Guided tour
Each step forces its own screen/tab, so jumping in mid-tour should look right, but it's still the real tour, so an "add a training" step really adds one.
The homepage Practices section, FAQ tab and links, the For practices page, the Billing page line and the tracker card. Off: hidden from everyone. You still see them while signed in, except the Billing page line.
Practice Manager, the Practice page, invites and memberships. On: they work for anyone you turn on in User Management, even while the public pages are hidden. Off: only you can use them.
The supervised-hours add-on for CSW, AMFT and ACMHC. Off: invisible to everyone except you and accounts with the beta toggle (User Management > an account > Licensure tracker). On: every associate sees the "$10 one time" card on their Billing page and can buy it.
While the tracker is hidden, give it to hand-picked associates here. Free for them, the full tracker, no time limit, and the $10 card shows on their Billing page so buying can be tested too. The same switch lives in User Management under each account.
Have beta access
Everyone pays with your live Stripe keys. Turn this on, then choose people below. Only they use Stripe's test keys: they pay with test cards (4242 4242 4242 4242) and nothing real is charged. Turning it on changes nothing until you choose someone. A chosen person's real membership (paid, or any Lifetime, trial or time you gave) is set aside while they test and comes back when you switch them off.
On test payments
These switches live on the Feedback page, under Settings.
Turns off the automatic reuse and clustering checks (certificate, phone, IP, email and card reuse), so you can reuse the same test details across test accounts. Flags already raised stay put. Turn it back on when you finish testing.
While on, each account page in User Management shows buttons to cancel a subscription now or remove a paid Lifetime, so you can clear test purchases. Nothing is refunded. Turn it off when you finish testing.
While on, beta testers don't see Invite a friend. Turn it off to give them the full feature. Friends they invite still need a beta code to sign up while the beta lock is on.
While on, User Management shows a trash button next to each account. It permanently deletes that account: sign-in, training log, certificates, settings and membership (any subscription is stopped first). Your own admin account can't be deleted. Turn it off when you finish testing.
Clears the saved phone numbers, certificate files and "already referred" emails used to catch reuse, so test details work again as if new. Never changes anyone\'s referral status, credit or flags.
Clears your own invite progress and banked rewards, so you can run the referral flow again. Nobody else is affected, and your invite link stays the same.
Takes Lifetime access (bought or gifted) off your own admin account so you can practice buying it again. Nothing is refunded in Stripe.
If you're ever audited, DOPL may require your license number to be listed on the forms you submit to them.
·
Please confirm your hours with DOPL. You're responsible for meeting them.
It downloads by itself when it's ready, so you can close this and keep going.
Here's a friendly reminder that to be audit ready, you'll need to upload your CEU certificate for these hours. Tap Edit to add the certificate.
Your hours already count. Adding the certificate here helps ensure you're audit-ready.
Welcome, beta tester. Start by setting up your account.
Once you're in, you'll get your beta steps and how to earn your reward.
Everything is saved to your account. Sign back in anytime to pick up where you left off.
Your Premium won't renew. You'll keep it through the time you've already paid for.
Your hours are saved either way.
Your beta thank-you already makes your next payment free, so any invite discounts you earn are saved for the payment after that, when your following CEU cycle starts.

Utah CEU Tracker ("the app") is operated by Christoffer Loderup, LLC, doing business as Utah CEU Tracker (the company). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the company. You can reach us at support@utahceutracker.com.
Your license type, renewal cycles, training log entries, planned trainings, settings, and any certificate files you upload are saved to your account using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore for your entries and settings, Cloud Storage for certificate files). This is what lets your tracker show up on every device where you sign in. Security rules limit access to your data to your own signed-in account. A copy is also kept on each device where you use the app, so it can work offline.
Your trainings, hours, and certificates are private. The app's administrator can see your account details (name, email, license type, membership) and how many trainings you've logged, but not the trainings themselves. If you want help, you can create a support code in Help & Support and choose "View only" or "View and fix." Sharing that code gives support access for 24 hours, and you can end it at any time. Each time support uses a code, it appears in your access history in Help & Support. Trainings support changes are marked as edited by support. The confirmation certificate you upload for an invite-a-friend referral is separate, and the administrator can view it to confirm the referral.
To create your account, we collect your name and email address (if you sign in with Google, these come from your Google account), handled by Firebase Authentication. We use your email to identify your account, to reply to feedback you send, and to send messages about your account or purchases. Your name is shown to the app's administrator for customer support, and its first word may be shown to a colleague who referred you (see "Invite-a-friend" below).
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your membership: your Stripe customer ID, plan, payment status, renewal date, amounts paid, and account credit. Stripe's handling of your information is described in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
If you invite someone, we record your invite code and the friends who joined with it, and show you the first word of each friend's name (never their full name, email, or any other account detail) on your invite page, so you can tell your invited friends apart. If you join through an invite, we record who invited you. Before a referral counts toward a discount, the referred friend confirms their account one of two ways they choose: uploading a CEU certificate with their name on it, or verifying a phone number. A certificate uploaded for this purpose is read automatically by Google Cloud's Vision text-recognition service to check the name against the account, and a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of the file is kept only to detect the same certificate being reused on a different account. It is not added to your CEU log unless you separately upload it there. A verified phone number is stored on the account it verifies (via Firebase Phone Auth). To send the verification text, your phone number is shared with Google (Firebase), which may also store and use it to prevent spam and abuse across Google services, under Google's own privacy policy. If you'd rather not share your number, you can confirm with a certificate instead. To help us catch abuse of the program, we also keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of each referred friend's signup IP address and email address, and of the payment card used for a purchase. None of these can be turned back into the original information, and the IP address, certificate file, and card number themselves are never stored. A certificate whose name doesn't clearly match the account still confirms right away (OCR is too unreliable a signal to hold that up), but is quietly flagged for us to glance at, same as any other referral our automated checks mark as unusual; a flag never blocks anyone's access to the app while it's under review.
Ideas and comments you post on the ideas board are visible to other signed-in members, along with your first name (or "A member" if you choose to post without your name). Your email address and full name are never shown. We keep a private record of which account posted each idea, comment, and vote, so we can prevent abuse and remove posts if needed. If you vote for an idea, we may email you once when it's planned or done. To match similar ideas and group similar bug reports, the written text of an idea or bug report (never your name, email, screenshots, or recordings) may be sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which processes it only to suggest matches. Please don't include client information or other private details in posts. Deleting your account doesn't automatically remove ideas or comments you posted; email us if you'd like them removed.
To keep automated sign-ups and scripted abuse out, the app uses Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check. They run invisibly in the background and collect information about your browser and device (for example, hardware and software details) that is sent to Google to tell people from bots. Their use is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We do not sell or rent your information. There are no ads or analytics in the app, and we don't track you across other websites.
A deleted training (and its certificate) stays in Settings → Recently deleted for 30 days so you can restore it, then it's removed for good. Account → "Delete my account" permanently removes your account, training log, certificates, and settings, and stops any subscription from renewing. Records of purchases and account credit are kept as needed for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
If we change how your information is handled, we'll update this policy and the date above before the change takes effect.
